Who can submit: Approved Providers with an active plan (Launch Year / Starter / Plus / Pro).

Video specs: MP4 (H.264), 720p or above, with clear audio.

Images: Course/CPD page image 696×522 px (required); optional hero 16:9 up to 1920×1080.

Assessments (default): Pass 60%. No automatic retries; one (1) retake upon request, manually enabled by the Platform. (Launch Year/Starter/Plus = auto-graded only; Pro may include manual items.)

Questions: Do not submit questions here. Use the separate Questions Submission Form and link it to this course.

Refund rule (recorded): Refunds within 7 days only if <10% watched, no assessment started/submitted/assessed, and no certificate issued.

Certificates: Platform standard template; issued on pass (or after Provider review for Pro manual items). Logos per plan.

Data: Learner-level data is shared with Providers only when the learner has given consent (otherwise aggregated stats).
